Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN

The PRISM OVEN is a flexible single-pass baking platform that offers both recirculation and convection baking zones for:

Customers can design the most cost-effective system with a combination of radiation, convection heating and conduction, and enjoy balanced and consistent product quality, color, taste and texture. Hybrid ovens utilize both DGF zones for product development and cooking functions, and convection zones for efficient moisture removal and balanced coloring.

The PRISM OVEN is now available with traditional brick or Thermatec High Radiant Steel Ceiling, an exclusive new technology that radiates heat as effectively as fire bricks, but is more affordable and requires less maintenance.

Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN®

The extremely flexible SPECTRUM OVEN® offers radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options in a single modular design, making it ideally suited for:

  • Baked potato chips
  • Baked snack crisps
  • Extruded pretzels
  • Bread snacks
  • Pet treats

The SPECTRUM Oven® allows for the production of different products simply with a simple profile adjustment. It is an easy-to-use system and gives the operator complete control of oven temperature, humidity, and product bake time. A kiln or dryer module may be combined with an oven module to create a space-efficient two-pass baking chamber.

The single-pass oven is available in a number of configurations with different heat transfer modules, enabling you to adjust the profile for more product variation. Each zone can be customized to a specific temperature, air velocity and exhaust. A kiln or dryer module may be combined with an oven module to create a space-efficient two-pass baking chamber.

The SPECTRUM OVEN® is shipped in factory pre-built modules for fast installation and minimal plant disruption. It is available in full stainless steel construction where salt, corrosion or high humidity levels are a concern.

Optimum Quality Control

Both the PRISM and SPECTRUM OVEN® are available with a full range of control options for optimum performance. “Recipe” settings within the control processor allow for fast and repeatable startups, and controls are provided as easy to use, touchscreen interfaces.
