This single-pass baking platform features a range of heating options, including Direct Gas Fired (DGF) Zones, Emithermic (Radiant/Convection) Zones, Convection, and Hybrid (DGF/Convection) Zones. The exclusive Thermatec high radiant panels in the Emithermic Zone ensure efficient radiant heat transfer, improving baking efficiency and consistent quality, color, taste, and texture. The PRISM OVEN also offers repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and heat transfer type, with a full range of control options for optimum performance. Its design allows for excellent access for cleaning.

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® is another versatile option for baking bread snacks, crisps, pretzels, and potato snacks. With a range of heat transfer options, including radiation, convection, and conduction, the SPECTRUM OVEN® allows for precise control and a wide range of product possibilities. Its separate heating zones provide even more control, and the oven offers repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and heat transfer type.

The SPECTRUM OVEN® also features a non-corrosive stainless steel interior and excellent accessibility for cleaning. When combined with a Dryer zone, the SPECTRUM OVEN® provides two independently controlled heat transfer zones, allowing for optimal moisture removal and efficient use of space.

Electric ovens are one of the most popular environmentally friendly ovens used in commercial bakeries. They are energy-efficient and produce minimal greenhouse gases, making them an eco-friendly option. They also provide consistent and precise temperature control, helping you achieve better-quality baked goods.

RBS has been integrating electric heating into our processes for 20 years. For full electric baking, consider an electric version penthouse for our convection style and Emithermic ovens. The gas penthouse can be exchanged with an electric penthouse on existing RBS ovens. This involves a new penthouse and an electrical control panel. 

Our electric cracker oven is also available to replace DGF ovens. It involves adding electric heat elements to our Emithermic Oven Zone, enabling this zone to impart the higher heat required by crackers without a lot of air currents which would dry the product before allowing flavor and texture development
