Mixers
Exact Mixing offers the most advanced continuous mixing technologies available today, such as the FX Continuous Mixer, which evenly distributes small amounts of moisture into large amounts of dry powder with a revolutionary design that lifts the powder into atomized liquids. The process is designed to prevent creating wet and dry areas in the final dough.
The Continuous Mixing process eliminates the problems associated with batch mixing and helps you produce a consistent product all day, every day.
Dough Forming
After continuous mixing to achieve great texture and even moisture distribution, the single-reduction 2-Roll Sheeter will produce a continuous and consistent dough sheet and discharge it directly onto the Rotary Cutting Station infeed conveyor.
The Thomas L. Green Rotary Cutting Station accurately and continuously cuts product shapes out of a single dough sheet and reroutes scrap dough to the dough handling system for reuse. This system can be designed with two die rolls to accommodate complex shape adjustment and can be quickly changed to increase product flexibility.
Ovens
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® is one of the world’s most advanced commercial oven systems and has helped to make us a leader in the pretzel, crisp, bread snack and potato snack industries. It offers radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options in a single modular design, making it ideally suited for baked potato chips and crisps.
The single-pass oven allows for the production of different products simply by adjusting the heat transfer profile. It features an easy-to-use system that provides the operator with complete control of oven temperature, humidity, and product bake time.
A kiln or dryer module may be combined with an oven module to create a two-pass baking chamber that maximizes your available space. An optional Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control.
