Our Innovative Equipment

  • Exact FX Continuous Mixer: This Continuous Mixer distributes small amounts of moisture evenly into large quantities of powder utilizing a specialized liquid injection system and a revolutionary mixer shaft design. The FX Mixer is suitable for corn-, potato-, and rice-based products and is ideal for the hydroscopic powders used to make fabricated potato chips and other low moisture mixtures. It features dough production rates of 100 to 1,250 kg/hour.
  • 2-Roll Sheeter:  The Thomas L. Green 2-Roll Sheeter generates a consistent dough sheet ready for dough forming or further reduction. Two powered stainless-steel rolls rotate toward one another and draw unprocessed dough from the hopper. The dough is compressed into a single sheet with consistent characteristics and thickness. Sheet thickness is controlled by the distance between the rolls (which is adjustable).
  • Rotary Cutter: The Thomas L. Green Rotary Cutting Station cuts product shapes out of a single dough sheet accurately and continuously and reroutes scrap dough to the dough handling system for reuse. It can be designed with two die rolls for complex shape adjustment and can be quickly changed to increase product flexibility.
  • SPECTRUM OVEN®: The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® is among the world’s most advanced commercial oven systems and has made us a leader in the pretzel, crisp, bread snack, and potato snack industries. The highly flexible platform is available in several configurations with different heat transfer modules, allowing for more product variation with a simple profile adjustment. Radiation, convection, and conduction heat transfer options give you repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and the type of heat transfer.
