Continuous Mixers
Simplify your mixing process and eliminate undesirable dough variations caused by batch mixing with Continuous Mixing technology from Exact Mixing by Reading Bakery Systems.
A complete Continuous Mixing System includes the mixer, blender, materials handling and ingredients metering, as well as the control system that monitors and distributes product between them.

The Exact Mixing MX Continuous Mixer is our most versatile mixer, and it offers dough production rates of 50 - 2,000 kg/hour. It is well suited for a wide variety of products, such as cookies, snacks, muffins, batters, icings, and pastes.
The Exact Mixing EX Continuous Mixer offers dough production rates of 100 - 10,000 kg/hour. It uniformly mixes doughs with different moisture levels and is an excellent choice for gentle kneading of wheat-based products, such as crackers, pretzels, pizza, and pet treats.
The Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer is designed for ultra-high absorption doughs, such as for bread, buns, rolls, English muffins, and tortillas, and offers dough production rates from 1,500 - 10,000 kg/hour.
Baking & Drying Equipment
Biscuit, cookie, and cracker industry customers around the globe have trusted the Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN since 1893. The single-pass baking platform improves consistency and promotes uniform product quality, texture, taste, and color.
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for the baking of pretzels, bread snacks, crisps, and potato snacks. Baking chamber zones are offered with radiation, convection, and conduction heat transfer options.
Add an optional Multi-Pass Dryer to increase oven speed and provide better airflow and moisture removal.
Turnkey Systems
RBS also manufactures and installs a range of turnkey production systems that utilize the latest technology to efficiently and profitably produce baked snacks.
The Hard and Soft Biscuit System will enable you to create a variety of sheeted and rotary moulded biscuits. Production volumes range from 500 – 2500 kg/hour.
Our Fried Potato Ring System is extrusion-based and is designed for the flexible, efficient, high volume production of extruded fried snacks, such as the popular fried potato ring product. It is capable of producing from 200-1000 kg/hour of finished product.
The modular Stackable Chip System is designed to reliably and efficiently produce fabricated stackable fried chips. The system includes a specialized FX Continuous Mixing System, 2-Roll Sheeter, and Rotary Cutting Station and can produce between 500-1,000 kg/hr depending on the fryer capacity (not supplied by RBS).
