Continuous Mixing Equipment
You can utilize Continuous Mixing technology for soft, chewy, hard, and crunchy pet treats and create more consistent finished products compared with batch mixing. - Sheeted: Sheeted pet treats benefit from consistent dough sheets produced by the Thomas L. Green Sheeter. Gauging Stations ensure accurate thickness before forming into shapes.
- Nuggets/ Sticks: The Reading Pretzel Guillotine Cutter is a single-blade cutter that uniformly cuts products before or after baking. At the push of a button, the operator can cut products as short as one inch (25 mm).
Baking and Drying Equipment
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers various heat transfer combinations in one modular design. The single-pass convection baking platform has operator-controlled air temperature, circulation speed, exhaust, and moisture removal to help customers consistently bake pet treats. The addition of an optional Multi-Pass Dryer delivers faster oven speeds, greater production, and more process control.
