Biscuit Forming Equipment

Soft Biscuits

For soft biscuits, the Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder produces high definition, three dimensional biscuits, cookies, sandwich cookies, bars and pet treats. Interchangeable die rolls and lockable casters make the Rotary Molder a versatile and portable part of your production line.

Hard Biscuits

For hard biscuits, the Thomas L. Green 3-Roll Sheeter generates a consistent dough sheet that is ready for additional thickness reduction or lamination. It can receive dough manually, or from an automated handling system.

Thomas L. Green Gauging Stations gently reduce the dough sheet thickness by a by a 3:1 ratio from infeed to discharge. Gauge rolls maintain a consistent dough thickness, and dough flow is accurately controlled to maintain dough density, laminations and finished product weights.

Scrapless geometric shapes and distinct biscuit shapes can be formed by the Rotary Cutting Station, which accurately and continuously cuts product shapes out of a single dough sheet. The system can be designed with two die rolls in a series to accommodate complex shape adjustment or to create different products on the same line.

Biscuit Baking Equipment

The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN is a powerful system for uniform baking of products such as:

The PRISM OVEN employs both direct gas fired and convection oven modules to provide uniform quality, color, taste and texture in your biscuits, crackers and cookies. With over 100 years of successful worldwide installations, customers appreciate this oven’s capacity for repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer.

The PRISM OVEN is available as an individual piece of equipment or as part of the Reading Bakery Systems Hard and Soft Biscuit System which will help you create a wide range of sheeted and rotary molded biscuits.Production volumes range from 500 – 2500 kg/hr.
