PRISM OVEN

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, crisps and potato snacks, with a number of different combinations of heat transfer zones.
The SPECTRUM OVEN® features:
- Convection Zone, SMART (Radiant / Convection) Zone, and Convection Over Kiln Zone
- Accommodates a wide range of products by adjusting the heat transfer profile
- Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer
- Available with full non-corrosive stainless steel interior
- Can be combined with a Kiln, or Dryer, zone to create a space efficient two-pass baking chamber*
- Excellent access for cleaning
- Pre-assembled for quick installation
*When combined with a Kiln, or Dryer, zone, the SPECTRUM OVEN® provides two heat transfer zones that are independently controlled and monitored. The zones allow the final moisture of the product to be removed in a manner best suited to the characteristics of the product and not the limitations of the available plant space.
A separate optional Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moistures, improving overall quality and storage characteristics.
