Dough Mixing Equipment

We offer several Exact Mixing models of Continuous Mixers that solve the common problem of undesirable dough variations during batch mixing. They provide a consistent, uniform dough stream to your production line at the same rate it is used. Mixers come in sizes from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour.

MX Continuous Mixer: The Exact MX Continuous Mixer is suitable for many products such as pizza, cookies, snacks, muffins, batters, icings, and pastes and is our most versatile mixer. Dough production rates range from 500 to 6,000 kg/hour.

EX Continuous Mixer: The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for uniformly mixing products with various dough moisture levels. It gently kneads low-absorption cookie, cracker, pretzel, and bagel dough, in addition to high-absorption bun, bread, and pizza dough. Dough production rates range from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour.

HDX Continuous Mixer: Explicitly designed for mixing highly developed dough at low temperatures,the Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer is well-suited to buns, bread, rolls, English muffins, tortillas, and other ultra high-absorption products. It offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.

FX Continuous Mixer: Utilize the FX Continuous Mixer for hydroscopic powders and other low-moisture mixtures. The high-intensity mixer can be used for corn-, potato-, and rice-based products as well as specialty baked snacks, such as fabricated potato chips. Dough production rates range from 100 to 1,250 kg/hour.

LDX Continuous Mixer: When your cookie dough or other application calls for a two-stage mixing process, the perfect solution is the LDX Continuous Mixer. This mixer offers dough production rates up to 9,000 kg/hour.
