  • Exact EX Continuous Mixer: Continuous mixing provides a major advantage over batch mixing by producing more consistent dough and product textures. The mixer can be utilized for both soft and chewy and hard and crunchy pet treats. Mount it over forming equipment to take up less space, and automate dough delivery with mini-laytime conveyor and chunker, kibbler or sheeter attachments.
  • Reading Pretzel Low Pressure (LP) Extruder: The LP Extruder allows for the creation of a wide variety of structural, flat and filled extruded and co-extruded shapes and sticks. Fit the Extruder with different compression heads and dies to broaden your product range. The LP Extruder offers new cost-effective opportunities for the dry pet food and pet treat industries.
  • Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder: This machine is ideal for high-definition 3-D pet treat shapes. It presses dough into interchangeable die rolls and can be supplied with segmented rings for simultaneous, multi-shape production.
  • Thomas L. Green Sheeter: The Sheeter generates a consistent dough sheet, and Gauging Stations ensure a gentle reduction in sheet thickness prior to shape forming. Scrapless geometric shapes and distinct shapes can be formed by the Rotary Cutting Station.
  • Reading Pretzel Guillotine Cutter: This single-blade cutter uniformly cuts products before or after baking and enables the operator to create a product size as short as one inch (25 mm) at the press of a button.
  • SPECTRUM OVEN®: This single pass convection baking platform is designed for balanced and consistent baking of pet food and pet treats. Control of the exhaust, air temperature and circulation velocity allow the operator to control the product moisture removal rate for maximum quality assurance. A separate multi-pass dryer may be combined with the oven zone to create a space efficient two-pass baking chamber.
