Continuous Mixers

Our most versatile mixer is the Exact Mixing MX Continuous Mixer. It is well suited for products such as pizza, cookies, snacks, batters, icings, and pastes. It is also an ideal first-stage mixer for processes that require creme-up and pre-blend stages. This mixer offers dough production rates from 500 to 6,000 kg/hour.
Forming Equipment

Explore the Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder, which efficiently produces high-definition, three-dimensional rotary moulded shapes by pressing dough into a die roll. The interchangeable die roll can be supplied with segmented rings for simultaneous, multiple shape production.
For extruded and co-extruded products, the Low Pressure (LP) Extruder enables consistent and accurate production of various structural, flat, and filled extruded shapes and sticks. Unique product shapes can be designed into custom-made extrusion dies, and product changeover takes just minutes.
We also offer a single screw, high-pressure extrusion system for producing expanded snacks from corn, rice, and other cereal ingredients. Our standard High-Pressure Extruder creates corn curls and corn ball shapes, onion rings, popcorn, and other snack products.
Baking/Drying Equipment
