With more people focused on health and wellness today, the opportunity for healthy baked snacks like granola cereal has grown. The RBS Granola Production System is built on leading baking technology and unmatched flexibility.

AMF Batch Mixer: AMF’s Specialty Sigma Arm Mixer offers maximum flexibility and unmatched reliability for various types of dough. AMF’s complete system provides low maintenance, labor-free dough handling for the most consistent dough, batch after batch. (Not manufactured by RBS)

Omega IV Dispenser:  You can easily handle irregular-sized topping materials, including dried fruit pieces, cream cracker fat/flour mixes, and chocolate bits, with the Omega IV Dispenser, which features an overhead kibbler. At the bottom of the Dispenser, a conveyor acts as the product distributor. The live bottom product hopper funnels toppings toward the distribution conveyor without clumping or bridging.

Guillotine Cutter: Before or after baking, products can be uniformly cut with the Reading Pretzel Guillotine Cutter and Slitter. Cutters can stand alone or be integrated into an existing production frame and control system. Operators can create product sizes as short as one inch (25 mm) with the press of a button.

PRISM Emithermic Oven: The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN is a proven single-pass oven designed and built with flexibility for balanced, consistent baking. With the Emithermic Zone (Radiant/Convection) that features both radiant and convective heat transfer and a humidity-controlled product zone, customers appreciate greater flexibility and control when baking wirecut and rotary moulded cookies and granola bars. This Zone uses Thermatec high radiant panels for more efficient radiant heat transfer. Automatic controls change the type of heat, temperature, and air velocity.
