Rotary Moulders: For high definition, 3-D cookies, sandwich cookies or biscuits, the Rotary Moulder features an interchangeable die roll made of engraved brass that can be supplied with segmented rings for multiple shapes.
Wirecutting: The Thomas L. Green Wirecut Machine creates a variety of cookies and biscuits. It provides piece-weight accuracy and reliability, and is best for nondescript shapes, with or without inclusions.
Sheeters: Create straight sheeted, dual sheeted and laminated crackers with our Sheeters that can range from 600mm to 1.5m in width. This step is critical to automated packaging systems after the oven.
Laminators: Our Thomas L. Green Servo-Cut Sheet Laminator and In-Line Laminator accurately cut, stack and deliver sheets of dough for unique product textures and provides uniform dough density at both the edges and center of a finished cracker sheet for consistency.
