Industrial Mixing Solutions
Depending on your level of automation, Reading Bakery Systems offers batch and continuous mixing systems.
The Thomas L. Green Vertical Spindle Mixer is suitable for biscuit, cookie and cracker products, and doughs that require a two-stage mixing process with a fermentation period in between. The mixer allows the same dough to be mixed twice and stay in the same trough throughout the process.
Exact Continuous Mixers offer customers the ability to produce large quantities of uniform dough and, therefore, a more consistent finished product than can be accomplished with batch mixing. They are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from 100 to 10,000 kg/hour, based primarily on dough moisture levels and number of mixing stages.
Crackers, pretzels, pizza, bagels, pet treats & other wheat-based products – The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for everything but the lowest viscosity powder/liquid mixtures. This mixer offers dough production rates from 100 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Buns, breads, rolls, English muffins – The Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer is ideal for ultra-high absorption doughs. It offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Icings, cremes, batters, fillings & low viscosity mixtures – The Exact MX Continuous Mixer offers intense, efficient mixing using a cutting action for products requiring high energy mixing and is also used for products where inclusions are a large portion of the recipe. This mixer offers dough production rates from 50 to 2,000 kg/hour.
