The Exact MX Continuous Mixer, for example, is our most versatile mixer and is well suited for a wide range of products including pizza, cookies, snacks, batters, icings, and pastes. The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for crackers, pretzels, sweet goods, pet treats, and other wheat-based products, and the Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer is designed for ultra-high absorption doughs, such as buns, bread, rolls and English muffins.

Baking & Drying Solutions

The highly respected Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN has been a workhorse in the global biscuit, cookie, and cracker industries for more than a century. Take advantage of the flexible single-pass baking platform that features Direct Gas Fired (DGF) Zones, Emithermic (Radiant / Convection) Zones, and Convection Zones, and is designed to promote consistent product quality, texture, color, and taste.

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, crisps, and potato snacks, and features a number of different combinations of heat transfer zones in a single modular design. Add a separate, optional Multi-Pass Dryer to increase oven speed and provide better airflow and moisture removal.

Fried Potato Rings: The extrusion-based Fried Potato Ring System is ideal for the flexible, efficient, high volume production of extruded fried snacks, such as the popular fried potato ring product. It is capable of producing finished product at 200-1000 kg/hour.

Expanded Snacks: The innovative RBS Expanded Snack System enables you to create puffy, crunchy, direct expanded snacks made from cereal ingredients, such as rice, corn, and potato. These ready-to-eat snacks come in a variety of simple shapes, including curls, balls, rings, animals, and stars, and are often textured and coated with salt, spices, or cheese to make them tasty and fun. 

Popped Snacks: RBS and Incomec, a Belgian manufacturer of popping/puffing equipment, have partnered to supply customers in the USA and Canada with specialized popped snack equipment. The Popped Snack System will include supply a Pellex C+ or Cerex Processor depending on the final product you wish to produce.
