Mixing Solutions
To simplify your mixing process and produce large quantities of consistent, uniform dough, consider Continuous Mixing, which accurately delivers ingredients to the mixer at rates high enough to help you produce a better quality finished product.
Our Exact Continuous Mixers come in all sizes, ranging from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour, and are available based primarily on dough moisture levels or dough mixing stages, for example:
- Exact MX Continuous Mixer is our most versatile mixer and is well suited for a wide range of products including cookies, snacks, pizza, batters, icings, and pastes.
- Exact EX Continuous Mixer is an excellent choice for low-absorption, stiff, wheat-based doughs, such as crackers, bagels, pretzels, pizza, sweet goods and pet treats.
- Exact HDX Continuous Mixer is ideal for ultra-high absorption doughs for buns, breads, rolls, English muffins or tortillas.

Baking & Drying Solutions
Global biscuit, cookie and cracker industry customers have trusted the Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN since 1893. The single-pass baking platform improves consistency and promotes uniform product quality, color, taste and texture.
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVENĀ®offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, crisps and potato snacks, with a number of different combinations of heat transfer zones in one modular design. The convection baking platform features operator-controlled air temperature, circulation speed, exhaust, and moisture removal for reliable, consistent baking. The addition of an optional SPECTRUM Multi-Pass Dryer will increase oven speed, production throughput and process control.
Turnkey Pretzel and Snack System
Our flexible Low Pressure Extruder enables you to produce pretzel shapes, sticks, braids, sushki, filled sticks and bread snacks on one production line. Unique product shapes can be designed into custom-made extrusion dies, and product changeover is as simple as exchanging one compression head and die for another with a different shape. Standard, high volume production lines produce from 400-1000 kg/hr, and can be installed as automatic or manually operated systems.
Turnkey Cracker System
The modern, high volume Cracker System enables you to create straight sheeted, dual sheeted and laminated crackers. Sheeting systems can range from 600mm to 1.5m in width, and production volumes range from 200-5500 kg/hr depending on oven length, width and product type.
