Mixing Technology
The Thomas L. Green Vertical Spindle Mixer is suitable for biscuit, cookie and cracker products, and doughs that require a two-stage mixing process with a fermentation period in between. The mixer allows the same dough to be mixed twice and stay in the same trough throughout the process.

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVENĀ® offers radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options in a single modular design and is the ideal oven for baked potato chips, baked crisps, extruded pretzels, bread snacks and pet treats. The convection baking platform features operator-controlled air temperature, circulation speed, exhaust, and moisture removal for reliable, consistent baking of snacks.
Turnkey Cracker System
The modern, high volume Cracker System enables you to create straight sheeted, dual sheeted and laminated crackers. Sheeting systems can range from 600mm to 1.5m in width, and production volumes range from 200-5500 kg/hr depending on oven length, width and product type.
Turnkey Pretzel and Snack System
With the flexible Low Pressure Extruder, you can produce pretzel shapes, sticks, braids, sushki, filled sticks and bread snacks on one production line. Unique product shapes can be designed into custom-made extrusion dies, and product changeover is as simple as exchanging one compression head and die for another with a different shape. Standard, high volume production lines produce from 400-1000 kg/hr and can be installed as automatic or manually operated systems.
