The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN has been trusted in the biscuit, cookie and cracker industry for more than a century. It is a flexible single-pass baking platform designed to enhance product consistency. Its features include:

Ovens for Pretzels, Crisps, Bread Snacks and Potato Snacks
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, crisps and potato snacks, with a number of different combinations of heat transfer zones. This modular approach accommodates a wide variety of products by simply adjusting the heat transfer profile.
The SPECTRUM OVEN® features:
- Convection Zones, SMART (Radiant / Convection) Zones, and Convection Over Kiln Zones
- Allows for a combination of radiation, convection heating and conduction
- Precise control of product quality
- Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer
- Excellent access for cleaning
- Available with full non-corrosive stainless steel interior when salt, corrosion or high humidity levels are a concern
- Oven zone can be combined with a Kiln, or Dryer, zone to create a space efficient two-pass baking chamber*
- Oven zones are pre-assembled for quick installation
*When combined with a Kiln, or Dryer, zone, the Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® provides two heat transfer zones that are independently controlled and monitored. The zones allow the final moisture of the product to be removed in a manner best suited to the characteristics of the product and not the limitations of the available plant space.
