Crackers, pretzels, bagels, pet treats & other wheat-based products– The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for everything but the lowest viscosity powder/liquid mixtures. This mixer offers dough production rates from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Buns, breads, rolls, English muffins– The Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer is designed for ultra-high absorption doughs. It offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Baking/Drying Equipment
With the Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN®, customers benefit from a variety of heat transfer combinations in one modular design. The single-pass convection baking platform features operator-controlled air temperature, circulation speed, exhaust, and moisture removal for reliable, consistent baking of snacks.
A separate optional Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moistures, improving overall quality and storage characteristics.

Fried Potato Rings: The extrusion-based Fried Potato Ring System is ideal for the flexible, efficient, high volume production of extruded fried snacks, such as the popular fried potato ring product. It is capable of producing finished product at 200-1000 kg/hour.
Expanded Snacks: The innovative RBS Expanded Snack System enables you to create puffy, crunchy, direct expanded snacks made from cereal ingredients, such as rice, corn, and potato. These ready-to-eat snacks come in a variety of simple shapes, including curls, balls, rings, animals, and stars, and are often textured and coated with salt, spices, or cheese to make them tasty and fun.
Popped Snacks: RBS and Incomec, a Belgian manufacturer of popping/puffing equipment, have partnered to supply customers in the USA and Canada with specialized popped snack equipment. The Popped Snack System will include supply a Pellex C+ or Cerex Processor depending on the final product you wish to produce.
