The Thomas L. Green Rotary Molder forms dough by pressing it into an interchangeable die roll made of engraved brass. A cantilevered extraction belt pulls the pieces out of the die roll and delivers them downstream, providing for production consistency and precise size and weight control.

  • Die roll is available with segmented rings for simultaneous, multiple shape production;

  • Spur gear drive arrangement provides for easy removal and replacement during product changeovers;
