At Reading Bakery Systems, we are proud of our reputation for responding quickly to customer needs and helping them to utilize our equipment to its highest potential.
We stock parts from major suppliers, as well as hundreds of custom-made machine parts. Our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer questions, suggest solutions and send replacement parts to get your machines up and running as soon as possible. We also service equipment manufactured by other bakery equipment suppliers.
Most in-stock parts can be shipped for next day, early morning delivery, if requested. When you need an item that is not in stock, we can find it quickly through our network of suppliers.
We have also made it easier for customers to order spare parts through our new interactive Parts Portal. Select the parts you need from 3D models of your RBS equipment, request quotes for service, download manuals, view training videos, and more.
If you have Reading Bakery Systems equipment, we would be happy to create a recommended replacement parts list specifically for your machines. Keeping spare parts on hand will help you prevent unscheduled downtime and quickly get your equipment back into work order.
We also offer Extended Service Programs for new and existing machinery in 6, 12, 24, and 36-month intervals. The typical Service Inspection at each of these intervals includes two days of on-site service to inspect, repair, calibrate and document machinery performance and provide technical training to operations and maintenance personnel.
Upgrades and retrofits are another method of restoring your equipment to better-than-new condition for many more years of productive and efficient operation. Whether it is electrical variable frequency drives (VFDs) for your extruder, a servo motor control package for your Guillotine Cutter, a new roof-mounted exhaust blower for your Pretzel Cooker, or an oven burner rebuild, newer technology may help eliminate your frustration and increase productivity without a major investment in new equipment.

The Center is a fully equipped, licensed food processing research and development facility where customers can work with our team to test new processing techniques; validate new ingredients and test ingredient changes; research innovations in mixing, forming, baking and drying that can increase profitability; and produce market samples for testing.
