Our production lines create a variety of wirecut bar, cookie, and biscuit products and can integrate batch or continuous mixing. Continuous mixing systems from Exact Mixing are fully automated. They reduce labor, cut costs, improve consistency, and simplify your mixing process. With recipe-driven systems like this, final product quality is assured and is fully repeatable.

The Thomas L. Green Prism Oven is in use here for balanced and consistent baking. Multiple zone options include radiant, DGF, and convection baking, depending on the requirements for your specific product.

Fried Potato Rings: The Fried Potato Ring System is an ideal extrusion-based system for the efficient, high-volume production of extruded fried snacks, including the popular fried potato ring product. It can produce finished products at 200 to 1000 kg/hr.

Expanded Snacks: The innovative RBS Expanded Snack System enables you to manufacture crunchy, puffy, direct expanded snacks from cereal ingredients, such as rice, corn, and potato. These ready-to-eat snacks come in various simple shapes, including curls, balls, rings, animals, and stars, and are often textured and coated with salt, spices, or cheese to make them tasty and fun. 

Popped Snacks: Reading Bakery Systems and Incomec, a Belgian popping/puffing equipment manufacturer, have partnered to provide customers in the US and Canada with specialized popped snack equipment. Your Popped Snack System will include a Pellex C+ or Cerex Processor, depending on the final product you would like to produce.

Stackable Chips: The Stackable Fried Chip System is a modular system designed to efficiently produce fabricated stackable chips. A single-reduction 2-Roll Sheeter produces a continuous sheet of dough that is discharged directly onto the Rotary Cutter infeed conveyor.  The Cutter’s die roll separates the dough sheet into distinct shapes.
