Continuous Mixing Equipment
Consider our continuous mixing technology when you want to produce a more consistent dough and finished product. Our Exact Continuous Mixers come in many sizes, ranging from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour, including:
Cookies, pizza, snacks– For cookies, pizza, snacks, and other products that require the blending of ingredients before adding flour, the Exact MX Continuous Mixer is an excellent choice. It is our most versatile mixer and offers dough production rates from 150 to 2,000 kg/hour.
Crackers, pretzels, bagels, pet treats & other wheat-based products– The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for everything but the lowest viscosity powder/liquid mixtures. This mixer offers dough production rates from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour.
Forming Equipment
Explore the Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder, which efficiently produces high definition, three dimensional rotary moulded shapes by pressing dough into a die roll. The interchangeable die roll can be supplied with segmented rings for simultaneous, multiple shape production.
If you work with extruded and co-extruded products, the Low Pressure (LP) Extruder enables consistent and accurate production of a variety of structural, flat and filled extruded shapes and sticks. Unique product shapes can be designed into custom-made extrusion dies, and product changeover takes just minutes.
We also offer a single screw, high-pressure extrusion system for producing expanded snacks from corn, rice and other cereal ingredients. The standard JA High Pressure Extruder produces corn curls and corn ball shapes, onion rings, popcorn and other snack products.
Baking/Drying Equipment
The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN®offers flexibility for baking pretzels, bread snacks, crisps and potato snacks, with a number of different combinations of heat transfer zones in one modular design.
The convection baking platform features operator-controlled air temperature, circulation speed, exhaust, and moisture removal for reliable, consistent baking. The addition of an optional SPECTRUM Multi-Pass Dryer will increase oven speed, production throughput and process control.
