The Exact EX Continuous Mixer uniformly mixes dough with a variety of dough moisture levels and is ideal for gentle kneading of wheat-based products, such as pretzels, pizza, pie crust, crackers, and pet treats. This mixer offers dough production rates from 100 to 10,000 kg/hour.
The Exact FX Continuous Mixer evenly distributes small amounts of moisture into large amounts of powder and is ideal for hydroscopic powders, such as potato flakes used to make fabricated potato chips, and other low moisture mixtures. This mixer offers dough production rates from 100 to 1,250 kg/hour.

The Fabricated Chip Sheeter consistently sheets and cuts shapes from potato doughs comprised of dry premixes, potato flakes, whole grain, corn and other formulations. Cut shapes are delivered directly into the infeed of an oven or fryer, prior to seasoning and packaging.
The single-reduction, 2-Roll Sheeter produces a continuous dough sheet that is discharged directly onto the Rotary Cutter infeed conveyor.
The Thomas L. Green Rotary Cutting Station accurately and continuously cuts discrete product shapes out of a single dough sheet.
