Continuous Mixers: Exact Mixing Continuous Mixers come in a wide range of sizes, from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour, and are available based primarily on dough moisture levels or dough mixing stages.

High-Quality Ovens: The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN has been trusted in the biscuit, cookie, and cracker industry for more than a century. A flexible single-pass baking platform, it is designed to enhance product consistency. The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, baked crisps, and potato snacks.

Turnkey Production Systems

RBS manufactures and installs complete turnkey production systems that feature the latest technology and help customers efficiently and profitably produce a wide range of baked snacks. For example:

The innovative Hard & Soft Biscuit System creates a variety of sheeted and rotary moulded biscuits and has the flexibility to integrate batch or continuous mixing. Production volumes range from 500 – 2500 kg/hr.

The modern, high volume Cracker System enables you to create straight sheeted, dual sheeted and laminated crackers. Sheeting systems can range from 600mm to 1.5m in width, and production volumes range from 200-5500 kg/hr depending on oven length, width and product type.

With the Multi-Crisp Baked Snack System, you can produce a variety of wheat, potato, multi-grain and corn masa flour crisps on one flexible system. The system can produce between 250-1000 kg/hr of finished product, depending on the number of oven sections after the dough sheeting equipment.

To help customers capitalize on consumer trends and maximize their operations, RBS has designed the new Granola Production System with efficiency, reliability, and flexibility in mind to help our customers optimize production.

The extrusion-based Fried Potato Ring System is ideal for the flexible, efficient, high volume production of extruded fried snacks, such as the popular fried potato ring product, and is capable of producing from 200-1000 kg/hr of finished product.

RBS and Incomec, a Belgium-based manufacturer of popping/puffing equipment, have partnered to supply customers in the U.S. and Canada with specialized popped snack equipment. Our Popped Snack System will include supply a Pellex C+ or Cerex Processor depending on the final product you wish to produce.
