- Exact FX Continuous Mixer: This Continuous Mixer evenly distributes small amounts of moisture into large quantities of powder by means of a specialized liquid injection system and a revolutionary mixer shaft design. The Exact FX Mixer is suitable for corn-, potato-, and rice-based products and is ideal for the hydroscopic powders used to make fabricated potato chips and other low moisture mixtures. Customers appreciate dough production rates of 100 to 1,250 kg/hour.
- 2-Roll Sheeter: The Thomas L. Green 2-Roll Sheeter creates a consistent dough sheet that is ready for dough forming or extra reduction. Two powered stainless-steel rolls rotate toward one another and draw unprocessed dough from the hopper. The dough is compressed into a single sheet with consistent characteristics and thickness. Sheet thickness (which is adjustable) is controlled by the distance between the rolls.
- Rotary Cutter: The Thomas L. Green Rotary Cutting Station cuts product shapes out of a single dough sheet accurately and continuously and reroutes scrap dough to the dough handling system for reuse. It can be designed with two die rolls for complex shape adjustment and can be quickly changed to increase product flexibility.
- SPECTRUM OVEN®: The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® is among the world’s most advanced commercial oven systems and has made us a leader in the pretzel, crisp, bread snack, tortilla, and potato snack industries. The highly flexible platform is available in several configurations with different heat transfer modules, allowing for more product variation with a simple profile adjustment. Radiation, convection, and conduction heat transfer options give you repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and the type of heat transfer.

Expanded Snacks: The innovative RBS Expanded Snack System enables you to create puffy, crunchy, direct expanded snacks made from cereal ingredients, such as rice, corn, and potato. These ready-to-eat snacks come in a variety of simple shapes, including curls, balls, rings, animals, and stars, and are often textured and coated with salt, spices, or cheese to make them tasty and fun.
Popped Snacks: RBS and Incomec, a Belgian manufacturer of popping/puffing equipment, have partnered to supply customers in the USA and Canada with specialized popped snack equipment. The Popped Snack System will include supply a Pellex C+ or Cerex Processor depending on the final product you wish to produce.
