Baking without Ribbon Burners: Replace your DGF ovens with the Emithermic XE Oven

The new Emithermic XE Oven is a superior replacement for traditional Direct Gas Fired (DGF) ovens. This new oven design eliminates all direct fired gas burners reducing energy and emissions, and simplifying cleaning and maintenance, while improving cracker baking performance.  The oven uses a centralized penthouse to deliver heat to the high radiant Thermatec panels that then deliver balanced heat to the product.
