Emithermic XE Biscuit & Cracker Oven: Replace your DGF ovens with this revolutionary oven design

The new Thomas L. Green Emithermic XE Oven is a superior replacement for traditional Direct Gas Fired (DGF) ovens. This new oven design eliminates all direct fired gas burners reducing energy and emissions, and simplifying cleaning and maintenance, while improving cracker baking performance.  The oven uses a centralized penthouse to deliver heat to the Thermatec panels that then delivered balanced heat and high radiant component required to develop the flavor and texture of the crackers.

Baked Pita Chip Systems
A game-changer for snack producers looking to upgrade their portfolio - introduce new flavors and textures to your customers! The new pita chip production system builds on the RBS Multi-Crisp Technology with an additional multi-pass proofer, pita dicer and a high heat application during the baking process to produce a new baked pita chip. This flexible line can produce other multi-crisp snacks, beyond pita chips, by bypassing the proofer and pita dicing steps. The pita chip system can accommodate batch or continuous mixing depending on the level of automation needed by the snack manufacturer.
