We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Plant Controller to join our team in Robesonia, PA. In this role, you’ll analyze financial data, ensure compliance with policies, and support decision-making through insightful reporting. This role is crucial in managing financial reconciliations, analyzing inventory, performing variance analysis, and utilizing your expertise to support operational efficiency. Under the general direction of the Manufacturing Manager and the direct guidance of the Manufacturing Coordinator, interprets engineering drawings and operates metal cutting machinery to manufacture high precision component parts. Organizes component parts and subassemblies, works with engineering and manufacturing management to ensure the manufacturability and functionality of the components through the assembly process, and performs a variety of metal machining, hand and machine-assisted function necessary to manufacture and assemble industrial bakery systems.

We are seeking a Buyer to join our team in Robesonia, PA to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in purchasing and procurement in a manufacturing environment.

• Procure materials, components, services, and indirect materials based on engineering specifications and company requirements.
• Review and process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders, and place orders with vendors.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, manufacturing teams, and service technicians to align procurement with project schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to meet budgetary and operational needs.
• Maintain vendor records, track purchases, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve any discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or delivery issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and supply chain processes.
• Conduct on-site vendor visits as needed.
