Our Exact Continuous Mixers come in various sizes, from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour. Different models are available based mainly on dough moisture levels and required mixing stages.
The Exact MX Continuous Mixer, our most versatile mixer, is well suited for many types of products, such as cookies, snacks, pizza, batters, icings, and pastes; the Exact EX Continuous Mixer, which is perfect for wheat-based products such as pretzels, crackers, sweet goods, and pet treats; and the Exact HDX or High Development Continuous Mixer, which was designed for ultra-high absorption doughs like buns, rolls, bread, and English muffins.

The Reading Pretzel Low Pressure (LP) Extruder empowers you to use just one production line to create structural and flat extruded and co-extruded shapes and sticks. This equipment is a flexible alternative to conventional dough forming and sheeting systems.
The Reading Pretzel Filled Stick Extrusion System creates sticks filled with soft fillings, such as cheese, chocolate, and peanut butter. A downstream Guillotine Cutter cuts the product rope into equal-length sticks or nuggets.
Baking & Drying Solutions
The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN has been trusted in the biscuit, cookie, and cracker industry for over 120 years. It is a flexible single-pass baking platform designed to enhance product consistency. Features include:
- Direct gas-fired (DGF), convection, and Emithermic (radiant / convection) baking zones
- Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and type of heat transfer

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN for baking pretzels, bread snacks, baked crisps, and potato snacks. It features:
- Radiation, convection, and conduction heat transfer options
- Separate heating zones for precise control
- Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity, and type of heat transfer
A separate optional Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moisture, improving overall quality and storage characteristics.
