Turnkey Production Systems
RBS manufactures complete turnkey production systems that have the latest technology and can help customers manufacture baked snacks efficiently and profitably.
For example, the modern, high-volume Cracker System enables you to manufacture straight sheeted, dual sheeted, and laminated crackers. The sheeting systems can range from 600mm to 1.5m wide, with production volumes of 500 to 5500 kg/hr based on oven width, length, and product type.
With our Multi-Crisp Baked Snack System, you can manufacture a variety of wheat, potato, multi-grain, and corn masa flour crisps on a single flexible system. The system can make between 200-1200 kg/hr of finished product, depending on the number of oven sections after the dough sheeting equipment.
Continuous Mixing Solutions

Dough Forming Solutions
The Reading Pretzel Low-Pressure Extruder offers superb flexibility that enables you to create various pretzel shapes, sticks, filled sticks, braids, and bread snacks on one production line. Change products by exchanging one compression head and die for another with a different shape.
The Thomas L. Green Sheeter generates a consistent dough sheet, and Gauging Stations ensure a gentle reduction in sheet thickness before shape forming.

The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers radiation, convection, and conduction heat transfer options in a single modular design, making it perfectly suited for balanced and consistent baking of extruded snacks, baked snack crisps from potato, wheat, multi-grain, or corn masa flour doughs, and pet treats.
