Cookies, snacks, pizza –The Exact MX Continuous Mixer is an excellent choice for products that require the blending of ingredients before adding flour. It is our most versatile mixer and offers dough production rates from 150 to 2,000 kg/hour. 

Crackers, pretzels, bagels & other wheat-based products– The Exact EX Continuous Mixer is ideal for everything but the lowest viscosity powder/liquid mixtures. This mixer offers dough production rates from 50 to 10,000 kg/hour. 

Buns, bread, rolls, English muffins– The Exact High Development or HDX Continuous Mixer is designed for ultra-high absorption doughs. It offers dough production rates from 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.

The Reading Pretzel Low Pressure (LP) Extruder enables you to create a variety of structural and flat extruded and co-extruded shapes and sticks on one production line. It is a flexible alternative to conventional dough forming and sheeting systems. 

The Reading Pretzel Filled Stick Extrusion System creates sticks filled with soft fillings, such as cheese, chocolate, and peanut butter. The product rope that is produced is cut into equal length sticks or nuggets by a downstream Guillotine Cutter. 

Baking & Drying Solutions 

 The Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN has been trusted in the biscuit, cookie and cracker industry for more than 125 years. It is a flexible single-pass baking platform designed to enhance product consistency. Features include: 

  • Direct gas fired (DGF), convection, and Emithermic (radiant / convection) baking zones  
  • Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer 
  • Better baking efficiency with uniform quality, color, taste and texture 

 The Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® offers the same flexibility as the PRISM OVEN but for pretzels, bread snacks, baked crisps and potato snacks. It features: 

  • Radiation, convection and conduction heat transfer options 
  • Separate heating zones for more precise control 
  • Repeatable control of time, temperature, humidity and type of heat transfer 

A separate optional Multi-Pass Dryer provides faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moistures, improving overall quality and storage characteristics.
