Continuous Mixing Equipment

Customers can simplify their mixing process and eliminate the undesirable dough variations caused by batch mixing with Exact Mixing Continuous Mixing technology from RBS.

The Exact Mixing MX Continuous Mixer is our most versatile mixer and is well suited for a wide range of products including pizza, cookies, snacks, batters, icings, and pastes. It is also an ideal first stage mixer for processes that require creme up and pre-blend stages.

The Exact Mixing HDX Continuous Mixer, is an excellent choice for ultra-high absorption doughs, such as buns, breads, rolls, English muffins and similar products.

If you manufacture pretzels, crackers, pet treats or other wheat-based products, the Exact Mixing EX Continuous Mixer uniformly mixes products with a variety of dough moisture levels and is well-suited to all but the lowest viscosity powder/liquid mixtures.

High-Quality Ovens

Complete Production Systems

The Thomas L. Green Hard & Soft Biscuit System creates sheeted and rotary moulded biscuits. For hard biscuits, this system offers a 3-Roll Sheeter, Gauge Rolls and flexible Rotary Cutting Station. Soft biscuits are made on a Rotary Moulder designed to efficiently produce high definition, three dimensional biscuits, cookies and pet treats.

The Wirecut Cookie System provides for efficient, reliable production of a wide range of cookies, biscuits and bars. A major component, the Thomas L. Green Independence Wirecut Machine, provides piece-weight accuracy and reliability, and uniformly cuts individual shapes at up to 300 cuts per minute, depending on product type.

The extrusion-based Fried Potato Ring System is ideal for the flexible, efficient, high volume production of extruded fried snacks, such as the popular fried potato ring product, and is capable of producing from 200-1000 kg/hr of finished product.

The modular Stackable Chip System is designed to reliably and efficiently produce fabricated stackable fried chips. The system includes a specialized FX Continuous Mixing System, 2-Roll Sheeter and Rotary Cutting Station and can produce between 500-1,000 kg/hr depending on the fryer capacity (not supplied by RBS).
