Roseann Reinhold, Director, Human Resources, has been with Reading Bakery Systems since 1995. Having held multiple roles in HR, Roseann has executed, managed, or lead every facet of the department, ranging from recruiting, compensation, and benefits to health, safety, training, and strategic planning. Today, she is responsible for developing a workforce capable of successfully meeting the organization’s growth and operational goals. Roseann received her BS in Education from Kutztown University.
