Susan Mitchell brings a wealth of experience to her new role as Director of Human Resources at RBS. She is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, employee development, and organizational growth. Prior to joining RBS, Susan held HR leadership roles at Haller Enterprises, Montrose Environmental Group, and Emerson Automation Solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Juniata College and an MBA with a concentration in human resources from Saint Francis University. Additionally, she has earned multiple professional certifications, including SHRM-CSP, crisis prevention and intervention, and human resource management from Villanova University. Beyond her professional expertise, Susan is actively involved in community service, volunteering with Special Olympics Pennsylvania and the American Cancer Society.
