In this seminar, we will share information on our new advanced forming machine - the WCX Wirecut Machine. This is an advanced forming machine for a wide range of cookies and bars. Our Innovation Center team will demonstrate baking two color cookies, and a few types of filled snack bars on our pilot-sized cookie system. We will also highlight our latest baking technology including the electric Emithermic oven option used for balanced and consistent baking of cookie type products.
